On the eve of Dec 23, 2000 I had a small gathering of friends. I met most of these friends in Japan except for Hisa and Kihoko whom I had met in the States. Yoko also brought along some of her friends...it was a good night.
One of the many things that is different here is that Christmas is more of an event for friends and New Year's is to be celebrated with the family. Quite opposite to what I was used to.

I know the picture quality is kinda dark. Aparently the built-in flash on these SLR cameras are not that powerful.
